Introduction:
The tropism shows the movement of plant in response to environmental stimuli. The plant usually shows their maximum growth towards the water and light because they need these sources for their growth. The plant show response to four different types of tropism: phototropism (movement in response to light), gravitropism (towards gravity), thigmotropism (toward mechanical stimulation) and hydrotropism (toward water).
