Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation:

Whether alanine or Isoleucine should be found more commonly in an $\text{α-helix}$, is to be suggested and to be explained.

Concept introduction:

An $\text{α-helix}$ tends to be disrupted when adjacent or nearby amino acids in a protein’s sequence (within about three or four residues) have side groups that are either bulky or carry the same charge i.e. compound with less bulky group should be found more commonly in an $\text{α-helix}$.
