Circumstances in which food should be sterilized.

Concept Introduction:

Food sterilization is a procedure of killing the microorganisms in food. These methods include gamma radiation, autoclaving, pasteurization, flaming and baking of food products. Temperatures of more than 100^oC is achieved which kills the various strains of bacteria.
