Introduction:

Oncogenes are the genes that lead to uncontrolled growth of the cell. Another gene tumor suppressorgene when inactivated causes retinoblastoma, which occurs in the retina of the eye. Retinoblastoma is a type of cancer that develops from the light detecting tissue of the eye, retina. When it is inherited, it is likely to occur in early stages of life, and when not inherited causes a rare chance to happen in later stage of life.
