Interpretation:
Interpret the reason for DNA loss not causing any problem for bacteria regarding replication.
Concept Introduction:
Circular DNA is a rounded molecule of DNA. Linear DNA forms covalent closed loop to produce circular rna. 5’ end of linear DNA joined with 3’ end and results in production of circular form of DNA. Due to the absence of free terminals, they not get degraded with exonuclease and thus is more stable and can be used for further replication.
