Introduction:
Turner syndrome is named after the endocrinologist Henry Turner, who identified this disease in 1938. Humans have 22 pairs of autosomes and one pair of sex chromosomes. Males have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. While the females have two copies of the X chromosomes. In diseased condition during mitosis, one of the X chromosome is transferred to the female.
