Concept Introduction:
Polymerase chain reaction deals with polymerizing the particular sequence of dna. With the help of PCR, the sequence of DNA multiplies to millions of time and creates copy of specific sequence of DNA. These copies are useful for gene cloning of other purpose of DNA finger printing.
Thermophilic bacteria are the bacteria remain active at higher temperature and not having effect on its cell wall.
