To describe: Lipids in terms of their elemental composition and solubility in water.
Introduction: Lipids are organic compounds containing carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, in which the carbon to hydrogen ratio is more or less 1:2. They are wrapped in a water-soluble protein to transport within the blood. Lipids include oil, fats, waxes, and few vitamins.

To list: Few examples of representative lipids in the body.
Introduction: Lipids are organic compounds containing carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, in which the carbon to hydrogen ratio is more or less 1:2. They belong to a diverse group of water-insoluble organic compounds containing carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen and their ratios do not approximate to 1:2:1. This is because the amount of oxygen present in lipids is less than that of carbohydrates.
