Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Mycoplasma pneumonia is gram positive bacteria, which has no peptidoglycan layer so it has the antibiotic resistance and also escapes from immune response by changing the cell membrane mimic to host, and it is detected by the PCR method. It is called as the walking pneumonia which occurs due to transmission of bacteria by means of aerosols.
