To make M&N travel as better, we need to go for more than some number of days for tour.
Let’s assign variable for number of days we travel as ‘ x’ .
So, total cost for ABC travel is
Total cost for M&N travel is
To make M&N travel better deal, we can set up inequality as
Solve the equation for ‘ x’ .
Subtract both sides by 39x
Subtract both sides 350
Divide both sides by -6
So, minimum number of days the M&N travel to have better deal as more than 9.1666…. So, it is 10 or more days.
