Given: The two objects of TextBox, one object of Label, and the following subroutine:

Private Sub txtFirst_Leave(...) Handles txtFirst.Leave

lblOne.BackColor = Color.White

lblOne.Text = "Hello"

End Sub

To find: The explanation of the statement, lblOne.BackColor = Color.White and lblOne.Text = “Hello�, whenever the button is been clicked by any user.

Solution:

When the user runs the program, a new window pops out.
