Introduction:
Chromosomes are the threadlike structure present in the nucleus of the cells of an organism. A Chromosome carries the genetic material and a packaging protein. They have an X-shaped structure and the two arms of chromosomes called as sister chromatids joined at the region called the centromere. Horses have 64 numbers of chromosomes and a donkey has 62 numbers of chromosomes.
