Introduction:

Amino acids have the ability to adapt different structure according to their chemical property. Mostly ‘L’ form of amino acids is observed in a biological system. Experimental approaches are also used for detection of secondary structure i.e. CD spectroscopy and NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) that are more reliable for detection of 3D( three-dimensional organization) structure.

The three dimensional structure of protein depends on the primary structure of the protein which can be analyzed by using experimental approaches i.e. NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) and x-ray crystallography.
