Introduction:

Some physical and anatomical changes acquired by mother and newborn afterbirth. The postnatal period is the period for the newborn from the birth until death. It involves the stages such as neonatal period, infancy, childhood, adulthood, adolescence, and senescence. The neonatal period suddenly starts at birth that is the period from the birth of the infant to at the end of the first four week.
