Introduction:
Infection with human immunodeficiency viruses leads to severe depression of the immune system. This leads to a group of conditions called acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. The HIV virus invades the helper T cell, macrophage, and dendritic cell. The HIV strikes the humoral, cellular mediated and innate immunity by destroying the helper T cell.
