Introduction:
Antibody (Abs) is a protein that plays an important role in the defense mechanism. It is also called as immunoglobulins (Igs). Some antibodies are integral protein, in the plasma membrane of mast cell and the basophil, thus play a vital role in innate immunity. Some antibodies involved in adaptive immunity are membrane protein of B lymphocytes. This protein (soluble proteins) dissolved in saliva, lymph, blood plasma, mucus, intestinal secretion, breast milk, and tears.
