Inter quartile range is 2 and the minimum and maximum values are 3 and 11 respectively so the spread of the data is between 3 and 11 and the mode which is 6 because of highest frequency of the number. There is no outlier and distribution is negative skewed or left skewed that is pattern which is looking forth.
