Introduction:
Compliance is known as the ability of the volume of blood vessels to increase when there is an elevation in the blood pressure. If the wall of the vessel gets stretched, the compliance will be larger. Similarly, when the wall of the vessel does not stretch, the observed compliance is reduced.
