Lymph is then finally drained into the right lymphatic duct and thoracic ducts before it is released into the blood. 2. Primary lymphatic structures: The primary lymphatic structures are responsible for the formation of lymphocytes and maturation of lymphocyte. It includes thymus and red bone marrow.
