Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation:

The two commonly used compounds in weed killers should be identified and they should be compared in terms of types of plants they killed.

Concept Introduction:

Weed killers are generally known as herbicides, they are chemical substances used to kill weeds which are unwanted plants. They are of two types: selective and non-selective. Selective herbicides kill specific weed species and do not harm others, but non-specific herbicides are total weed killers and kill all plant materials. The selective herbicides only kill specific weed species this may be due to translocation and physical or physiological difference of the plant species.
