Introduction:

Menstrual cycle has four phases, namely menstruation phase, follicular phase, ovulation phase, and luteal phase. It lasts for 28 days but the duration may vary based on a number of factors. Many hormones are responsible for regulating the events that occur during the four phases of the menstrual cycle.
