To print all ASCII characters in a file

Program plan:

• Import necessary packages.
• Create a class “ASCIIPrinter”,
  • Define the “main()” method.
    • Create a “Scanner” object.
    • Prompt the user to enter a file name.
    • Get the file name from the user.
    • Execute “try” statement,
      • Set the Boolean value to false.
      • Initialize the necessary variables.
      • Execute the following till done.
        • Read the character from the stream “read()”.
        • Check the condition,
        • • Assign the Boolean value.
        • Check the condition,
        • • Print the character.
          • Increment the counter.
          • Check the condition,
            • If it is true, print new line.
            • Set the counter to “0”.
        • Check the condition,
        • • Print new line.
        • Call the method “close()” to close the stream.
      • Catch if exception occurs,
        • Call the method “printStackTrace()” tp handle the exception.
