The main blood vessels forming a part of the circulatory system are arteries, veins, and capillaries. The arteries engage in carrying oxygenated blood whereas the veins carry deoxygenated blood. The blood pressure is high in the arteries than the veins due to the thick walls of the arteries, which results in less space for blood transport. Pressure points are the most sensitive part of the body, which are located in different regions of the body.
