Summary Introduction

To review:

The environmental and behavioral risk factors contributing in free radical formation.

Introduction:

Free radicals are the atoms or molecules, which do not have a complete pair of electrons. These unpaired electrons make the molecule extremely reactive and unstable. Free radical can be formed in various ways, firstly chain reactions, that is, formation of newer free radicals from the older ones. Secondly by energy of photons coming from the sun, it can split the oxygen molecule to two free oxygen free radicals. Thirdly, generation of free radical under the effect of extremely high temperatures.
