Introduction:

Freud described that to protect ego or to do revaluation of the actual position, we use some defence mechanisms that will protect us from anxiety caused by real life situations. While describing the usage of defence mechanism, Freud added that there is also a particular age on which we start using any particular defence mechanism, also there is difference in gender category that will use it.
