Program Plan Intro
Positive Train Control (PTC):
- Positive train control (PTC) is a system which is used to prevent the train accidents caused by the human errors, such as train-to-train collisions, derailments caused due to excess speed, and unauthorized incursion into work zones.
- PTC system provides audible and visual signals to the crew member regarding the slowing and stopping of the train.
- For this purpose very high frequency wireless communication system is required.

A new water supply system was installed in a southern state. Part of the system was a large outdoor holding tank placed in the ground near a farm field. Shortly after installation, unacceptable levels of contamination were found. An investigation revealed that the contamination was caused by dead rats decaying in the holding tank. The problem statement that went out was find a way to keep the rats out of the tank. Prepare a Duncker diagram to analyze this situation.

- create a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) explaining the cause-effect relationships for COVID-19. People are getting themselves tested to see if they have corona virus or not. If they have positive result they are being isolated in Quarantine Centers for 14 days and if recovered, they are sent to their homes with safety precautions (same for negative results they are sent to their homes). In view of this scenario, you must use structured programming concepts to manage the patients in quarantine center. Now let’s see the management in center: There is a Quarantine Center in which Patients are admitted in case they are declared positive with Corona Virus after having a test. To do so, there is a structure named Quarantine_Center having data member(s) center_id, location, quantity_of_beds (should be defined by default i.e. 20), no_of_patients and contact number. Patient contains patient_id (unique), first_name, last_name, gender, age and blood_group. A Patient also…arrow_forward
