Program Plan:

• Include required header files.
• Define main function.
  • Declare “char” variable for gender, male and female action choice and male and female hair cut selection.
  • Create the prompt statement for gender and read the gender from user.
  • If the gender is equal to “male”, then
    • Create the prompt statement for male action choice and read the action choice from user.
    • If the action choice is ‘S’, then
      • Create the prompt statement for type of haircut and read the haircut type from user.
      • If the haircut is “Steak”, then display the message “You should get a flat top”.
      • Otherwise that is for if the haircut is “Sushi”, display the message “You should get a pompadour”.
    • Otherwise, that is for if the action choice is ‘V’, then display the message “You should get a mohawk”.
  • Otherwise, that is for if the gender is equal to “female”, then
    • Create the prompt statement for female action choice and read the action choice from user.
    • If the action choice is ‘S’, then
      • Create the prompt statement for type of haircut and read the haircut type from user.
      • If the haircut is “Anime”, then display the message “You should go with bangs”.
      • Otherwise that is for if the haircut is “Sitcom”, display the message “You should get a bob”.
    • Otherwise, that is for if the action choice is ‘V’, then display the message “You should get a mohawk”.
