There are certain disadvantages attached to it as well. The messages can be misinterpreted as body language, facial expressions which also adds value to the message, are missing. Emails are less personal than face to face conversations.
Thus, the fundamental process of communication should not lose its worth as it can shape the culture of organization and employee engagement. More interaction and socializing can make the relationship among workers strong. The motivation of employees could not be attained on emails. It has to be gained personally.
