The ventricle chamber in the heart has much work payload than the atrium. This is because ventricles have to push the blood out of the heart forcibly; hence, its walls and muscle layer are eventually much thicker than the atrium. Such ventricle chamber muscle walls and its valves are especially designed to prevent prolapse of ventricle chambers during contraction and relaxation.
