To explain: The possible threats of providing aid to another country.
Explanation of Solution
Giving aid to another country isn’t at all a bad idea but it should not be such an amount or under such conditions which adversely affects the own country.
Giving aid to the poor countries or the countries in need sometimes affects the own country's economic wealth when the own country isn’t financially strong enough but is helping the other countries in need. This kind of aid or donation sometimes is an economic advantage or political support to the nations asking for help. Such acts of poor countries can harm the wealth of the rich nations in the form of sacrificing their developmental investments in giving aids.
