Developing countries should be forced to develop might not be the right term to use. Development is required in countries so as to develop the world economy.

Developing countries are required to develop themselves on the grounds of education, infrastructural development, eradication of poverty, etc. which can take them from the stage of take-off to the stage of maturity in which they would also be declared as a successful & developed nation through which it would not only develop the world economy but will also help in the higher standard of living of the people of the country.
