Difference between military assistance and technical assistance is to be explained.

Under military assistance, either economic or technical assistance is given to the armed forces. this assistance includes providing extensive training to the military of the developing nation whereas under the technical assistance , it includes professionals like engineers, teachers , technicians and consultants to teach skills. By doing so, it will build up nation's human resources in the same way the economic assistance build up a nation's capital resources.
