Reasons for which the federal dietary guidelines are not the same for everyone should be mentioned.

Concept Introduction:

The federal dietary guidelines refer to dietary recommendations for Americans, suggested by the current federal policy on the role of diet in the prevention of diseases and promotion of health. According to the dietary guidelines, a balanced diet must include a variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fat-free or low-fat dairy products and a variety of protein-rich foods, nuts, seeds and soy products.
