Summary Introduction
The microarray experiments produce a vast amount of information and it must be organized. One such approach is the use of hierarchical cluster analysis. This analysis groups the genes on the basis of its function and level of expression. The upregulated genes are indicated as red-colored spots and are grouped distinctly from the downregulated genes indicated as green colored spots. The unaltered gene expressions are indicated in black spots.
