Introduction:

Hemorrhagic fever disease caused by a number of bacterial infection and it is characterized by the high fever followed by internal hemorrhaging. Non-Hemorrhagic fever disease is caused by bacteria; infection and characterized by high fever without making the blood capillaries fragile.
