Introduction:

Microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses can act as pathogenic organism and can affect human body. Human body contains strains of microorganism which prevent the attack of pathogenic microbes. In adverse conditions, normal micro flora cannot restrict invasion of pathogen in the body which cause disease.
