Summary Introduction
The next-generation genomic sequencing techniques, in short, is referred to as NGS technique. The NGS technique is also known as high-throughput sequencing. The traditional methods of gene sequencing are found to be limited only up to 84 kilobase (Kb) per run. But the NGS methods achieve sequencing of around 1 gigabase (Gb) per run. The NGS techniques are found to be relatively faster, efficient, and cheaper when compared with the other traditional methods of sequencing.
