The managers have the responsibility to ensure that the employees of the organization work in a coordinated manner to pertain the organizational success. Managers thus have to face several concerns that are presented before him/her in the form of:
- Conflict between employees or between the employees and the managers
- Team not performing in an effective and an efficient manner
- The team or individuals not functioning in a directed manner
- and the employees of the organization having altogether different goals and objectives than the organization.
These concerns are needed to be addressed to ensure effective and efficient results in order to achieve organizational success.
