Introduction:

A nutritional requirement of a person is obtained through an adequate diet which provides sufficient amount of nutrients and energy to the body. It has the balance of essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and all the nutrients to carry out various metabolic processes that help in the growth and maintenance of tissues.
