To determine:
The characteristic of bacteria which helps in better survival bacteria and indestructible.
Introduction:
The bacteria are the single cellular prokaryotic organism. They lack a true nucleus and have avery simple cellular design. They are known to be existing since life begin on the earth. Some ofthe bacteria are free-living, but many of them are

Explanation of Solution
The bacteria are the simple organism; hence, their genetic makeup is also simple. The listed characteristic of the bacteria helps in their survival in extreme conditions and adapt in changing environment.
- Gene transfer. The ability of the gene transfer through conjugation, allows the bacteria to transfer the genetic content to other. So, in case, the bacteria are attacked by antibiotics and some of them develop the antibiotic resistance, they can actively transfer the gene to other bacteria, which ensures their survival in the presence of the antibiotics as well.
- Tough cell wall: the tough cell wall of the bacteria helps the bacteria to avoid the harsh condition of their surroundings, which makes them adaptable to harsh conditions.
- Biofilm formation: in the hostile environment, the group of bacteria form a protective shield around them. This shield avoids the exposure of the bacterial colony to the harsh environment, and hence, bacteria can easily propagate even in presence of bactericidal.
