Transportation infrastructure is crucial to the efficiency of transportation and ultimately, international trade. I participated in a team tasked with developing and implementing a new customer service training program. The team included five members: myself, two training specialists, an HR representative, and a team leader. Our work environment was a mix of virtual and collocated, with weekly in-person meetings and frequent virtual check-ins. Reflecting on our process, it's evident that parts of “Tuckman's model”(Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning) were present in the development and completion of the project.
