Drug molecules have been known for years. They are used as medicines to cure diseases and to increase life expectancy. Drug molecules impact or affect our physical and mental ability. Drug molecules may make our immune system stronger.
The drug molecules may be harmful, mostly when they are taken in excess. Some categories of drugs are analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory.

Reason for correct option:
Acetaminophen is one of the substitutes for aspirin. It reduces fever and reduces pain. It differs from aspirin in the sense that it does not act as ananti-inflammatory drug. It has harmful effects on the lungs and kidney.
Hence, option (d) is the correct answer.
Reason for incorrect options:
Option (a) is incorrect because aspirin is a drug which is used to reduce pain and fever, and is anti-inflammatory.
Option (b) is incorrect because naproxen is a pain killer, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory only. Its effect is longer than aspirin.
Option (c) is incorrect because of ibuprofen. It works exactly the same as aspirin. It reduces pain, fever and swelling and is also anti-inflammatory.
