To describe: The structures of the eye.

Concept introduction: The important organs of the visual system of the body are the eyes. These organs help the organism in vision and they have the ability to collect and process the visual details. The sense of vision within the eyes uses photoreceptors to detect light, color, and movement to observe the visual images of the surrounding objects. Eyes have the ability to detect the light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in the optic neurons.
