Chapter 16, Problem 1CQ
Summary Introduction
To explain: The differences between homologous chromosomes and sister chromatids.
Introduction: A diploid organism contains a pair of chromosomes called homologs. Similarities observed in an organism due to a common ancestor is called Homology. The pair of homologous chromosomes is obtained from the same chromosome. Duplicate copies of a single chromosome are called sister chromatids.
