Introduction:

A genetic code is read in a triplet set, which generates a specific reading frame for the given sequence. However, it is possible that the reading frame starts from the second or the third nucleotide base, which would then result in a different reading frame. This phenomenon is referred to as the overlapping of the triplet code, where one nucleotide can be a part of more than one triplet code.
