Introduction:

The action of set of proteins over the cellular membranes of the pathogens is called the complement system. These proteins act as the chemotactic attractants that trigger the fever and inflammation in the infected body. The foreign cells are destructed through the formation of membrane attack complexes (MAC). This causes multiple and fatal holes in the pathogens membrane.
