Given information:

Polynomial $-2x^2+x-3x^2-6$

Here, $-2x^2$ and $-3x^2$ is represented by 2 and 3 green tiles respectively, $x$ are represented by 1 green tile and -6 is represented by 6 redtiles .

  

    $-2x^2$    $x$      $-3x^2$        -6

On solving, $-2x^2$ and $-3x^2$ adds resulting,

  

        $-5x^2$        $x$        -6

Result is $-5x^2+x-6$
