Introduction:

Infectious biology deals with the pathogens and its mode of infection in the host and diseases caused by them. Pathogenic microbes such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses cause diseases. They spread through different modes namely through air, water, person to person contact, and vectors. The transmitting way is usually of three types namely contact transmission, vehicle transmission, and vector transmission.
