Summary Introduction

To determine:

Here we need to spell out the personal changes required to be made as a team member to demonstrate less of 'That'. It means describe changes for improve or remove the negative behaviors for effective teamwork.

Introduction:

We have made two groups of 4 members and identified best and worst teams after considering their positive and negative behaviors for effective teamwork. These positive and negative behaviors are respectively referred to as 'This' and 'That' behaviors. Obviously for a good personal satisfaction and better team performance we need more of 'this' (Positive behaviors) and less of 'That' (negative behaviors)

To demonstrate less of that, team members need to develop conflict free workplace, have less egoistic nature, show less individualism and more collectivism, and need to synchronize their goals and views with those of other team members and with the organizations. This results into mitigating 'That' negative behavior.
