Introduction:
Stages of team development: Gathering to some members create a team but a team is developed through several steps which are as follows:
- Forming: In the first stage of development of a team, all members of the team decide their responsibilities, area of authority and relations with other members of the team.
- Storming: In the second stage of development of a team, disagreements, conflicts take birth among the team members. The leader of the team tries to resolve the conflicts and clarify the doubts and queries of the team members.
- Norming: In this stage, all the conflicts, disagreements, doubts are resolved and a team is developed with the unity of its members which shows the harmony and cooperation amongst the team members.
- Performing: In the last stage of team development, the team performs its duties with the coordination of its members. In this stage, the leader of the team guides and monitors the member's performance.
